REGISTRATION

• The above registration fees include entrance to the scientific meetings and exhibition area, printed materials, congress bag, coffee breaks, lunches.
• All participants and attendants must be registered.
• VAT 20% should be added to the registration fees.

• Outside participation fee is mandatory for those participants who does not book one of the congress hotels via organization secretariat. As the meeting venue is an all-inclusive hotel, there is no control over the services included in this concept once a participant enters one of the all-inclusive concept hotels. This fee has been included in the accommodation alternatives provided by organization secretariat, and all participants who don’t book via Organizing Secretariat shall pay the Outside Participation Fee.
• Outside participation fee includes entrance to the congress center between 08:00 - 18:00 on scientific program and entry at social activities.
• VAT 20% should be added to the outside participant fees.

ACCOMMODATION

• Please note that above fees are for a 3-night package (Check-in: October 5th, 2023, Check-out: October 8th, 2023), and hotel work on half board basis.
• VAT 10% should be added to the accommodation fees.

Cancellation Policy
For cancellations of registration and accommodation;

• made until May 19th , 2023 will be refunded as 50 %
• made after May 19th, 2023, no refunds will be granted
